Delivery times

All orders made on the Website will be processed within 72 hours from the date of order at the shown prices and delivery conditions to the address given in the Order Procedure. Est.her ships worldwide using UPS, and you will be able to track your order at any time. The cost of shipping your order will be calculated at the checkout.

Whereas Est.her will make every effort to achieve the indicated delivery dates, these delivery dates are given solely for indicative purposes and are without obligation. Please note that different causes can effect the delivery dates. The Products are produced exclusively for Est.her in the EU and therefore there is a risk that the Product is no longer in stock despite the Order Procedure having been completed. If this occurs, Est.her will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

For countries that are not displayed on the country list delivery cannot be guaranteed. For further information, please contact Est.her by sending an email to customerservice@estherstyle.com.

In the event that Est.her cannot ensure delivery of ordered Products to you within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the Contract. The aforementioned is not applicable for delivery countries that are not included on the country delivery list as stated on the Website.

Delivery of Products

A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the Products passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Est.her and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Undelivered Products

If a dispatched delivery is returned to Est.her, because the address provided by you was incomplete or incorrect, refused for acceptance by you or for any other reasons within your control, you will be charged for the return shipping costs.

Packaging

Please be careful with all packaging utilized for your order. Keep it away from small children and animals, to avoid the risk of suffocation. As packaging materials may be inflammable, the Customer is advised to keep it away from fire. Est.her cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents resulting from packaging.

Insurance

Est.her insures the Products during the period it is in transit to you. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point the insurance for delivery ends.

Returns & Exchanges

You can opt to return or exchange Products using the free SEND IT BACK service described below.

Alternatively, if you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your Contract with Est.her under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs).

Est.her does not accept returns of Products that were not purchased via the Website,

Returns and exchanges using SEND IT BACK

Est.her’s SEND IT BACK service offers a free and simple alternative to using your rights under the DSRs. You are only required to request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within seven days of receiving your order and return the Products within 14 days of receiving your RMA number.

Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Est.her.

The SEND IT BACK process

To receive an RMA, simply email customerservice@estherstyle.com. In the email, please state your order number, the Product(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason why you want to send your Product(s) back. If a Product is faulty, please provide details why. If you wish to exchange size, please indicate the replacement size.
If you request a refund, this will be credited to original purchaser's credit card or bank account (based on the payment method used at the time of purchase).

By requesting an RMA under the SEND IT BACK service, you acknowledge that you agree with Esther’s return policy.

You will then receive an email containing your RMA number, which is valid for the next 14 days within which you can send your unwanted Product(s) back to Est.her. In addition, the email will provide you with the shipping options for the SEND IT BACK service.

Once Est.her has received your return, an email will be sent to you confirming receipt.

All Products returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Size exchanges

Est.her offers a complementary exchange of Products for a different size, based on stock availability. Delivery is free on the replacement Product, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay duties and taxes on this.

To exchange a Product, simply email customerservice@estherstyle.com and specify the new size you require. Est.her will inform you of its availability, expected delivery time and the return process. Please note that Est.her can only offer size exchanges at this point. If you wish to exchange your Product for an alternative style, Est.her suggests that you use the SEND IT BACK service and purchase the new Product separately.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or bank account and will include delivery costs for faulty Products or for orders cancelled under the DSRs only. Delivery costs will not be refunded for Products returned using the free SEND IT BACK service.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Est.her. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately Est.her is unable to influence this.

Please send all Products you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

SEND IT BACK is not possible for Products returned from a different country to the original delivery destination or for orders cancelled under the DSRs.

You may return the goods by any secure means.  Est.her will advise you of the return address by email.

Cancelling your order under the Distance Selling Regulations

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with Est.her, provided you give written notice within seven days of receipt.

Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give Est.her formal written notice of cancellation within 7 days of receiving the order, as described above.

Condition of returned Products

Products should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the Customer.

Where provided, any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and all tags should be included with the return.

Please email customerservice@estherstyle.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without garment tags.
